Our terms and conditions
All offers, agreements and deliveries of R & S Hydrauliek B.V. are subject to the General Terms and Conditions of Sale and Delivery of the Federatie Aandrijven en Automatiseren (FEDA), filed at the Registry of the Court of The Hague, the Netherlands, on 5 July 2024 under no. 2024.17.
In addition, our rental conditions apply to the rental of products.
