In the context of its agreements with business relations, R & S Hydrauliek B.V. collects and processes contact details, including your name, position, business and/or professional interests, business mobile phone number and business e-mail address:

If you are a (potential) customer, we use your data to send you a quotation, to determine which specifications or requirements a particular product or service must meet, to deliver goods or carry out work for you, to invoice you and to communicate with you smoothly and efficiently about the execution of the agreement.
If you are a (potential) supplier or other contractor, your personal data is also necessary for the conclusion and execution of the agreement. For purchasing, this is needed to inform you which specifications or requirements a particular product or service must meet as far as R & S Hydrauliek is concerned, to send you a request for quotation or place an order with you, to pay your invoices and to communicate with you smoothly and efficiently about other aspects of the agreement.
For internal analyses for process improvement, the development of products and services and market research.
To keep business relations and their employees informed of our (new) products and services, directly but also for example through campaigns via social media, whereby R & S Hydrauliek B.V. tries to take preferences into account based on products and/or services purchased.
If you regularly order from and/or supply to us, we will store and use the personal data you have provided to personally inform you by e-mail in the future about our existing and new products and services and possibly make you an offer. R & S Hydrauliek regularly sends its business relations a newsletter to inform interested parties about products and/or services. Your e-mail address is only added to the list of subscribers with your prior consent. Every newsletter contains a link with which you can unsubscribe.

If you fill in a contact form on the website or send us an e-mail, the data you send us will be kept for as long as is necessary, given the nature of the form or the content of your e-mail, for the complete answering and handling thereof.
